Worship & Music

Our Worship and Music Committee is driven to make sure our Lord is Praised and in a respected manner.  Hymns are carefully picked to reflect on the days scriptures and with the help of the minister a service is created.  This committee also strives to recognize members, celebrate men and women and enrich our children in worship!

Facilities

This committee is setup to help maintain our House of God and to make sure it is a safe and clean environment for all who wish to walk in!

Finance and Stewardship

This committee is set up to maintain and guide the finances of this congregation.  Helping to direct the monies of the church to best suit God and our Congregation.

Outreach 

At First, we have loving arms, not only for our members but for our community!  The Outreach part sets goals to help out in our community by ways of donating our time and money.  We have a successful BBQ each year that benefits such places as the local Christian Food Pantry, Christian Radio, School Programs and Lutheran Camps.  We have Care Team and Stephen Ministry setup to help with the spiritual care of our loving members.  

Christian Education

Education is so important to us at First...beginning with our little ones.  Children are encouraged to assist in service and worship!  We have a YOUTH SUNDAY each third Sunday where Bells are played and children are involved in leading our worship!  Through Catechism and First Communion courses they are instructed on being a member of the church, not just the future.  Bible studies are also available throughout the year.
